"For many years,
I experienced back and neck pain, going to chiropractors and getting
a massage regularly to get pain relief. Over 17 years ago, after
having my second child, I experienced uncomfortable, lingering,
lower back pain. A friend recommended me to make a visit to a Kinesiologist.
To my amazement, after the session my back pain had totally gone
and I felt terrific. After that experience I wanted to learn more
about this amazing science... That began my journey in the field
of Kinesiology, to better health and well-being..."
"A few years
later. I attended a Touch for Health 1 Course, I learnt simple techniques
to relax tense muscles and release aches and pains. In 1986, Dr.
Paul Dennison Ph. D, visiting from America, introduced the Educational
Kinesiology Advanced course to Australia for the first time. I attended
this program and it assisted me to improve my learning, my vision,
my concentration and gave me effective tools to reeducate my mind
to new positive ways of thinking to better health and well-being.
These techniques and exercises assisted me to reduce my stresses
and anxiety. At that time my son was having learning difficulties
and the program gave me a better understanding on how the brain
works, the effects of stress on learning and how these simple Brain
Gym exercises can get your left and right sides working better together.
I love seeing the results of the five step process of repatterning
can do, as taught in the Brain Gym courses."

She travels to rural communities, schools and businesses conducting

groups interested in using these internationally known and effective
programs for self-development and stress management.
She says, "These
programs have opened a whole new world of understanding of the potential
of the human mind and body and on how the body plays an essential
role in all learning. We have been wonderfully made. I began to
realize how stress from family situations, relationships, career,
finances, health, environment, beliefs and sleep patterns are the
root cause of many of our learning difficulties. By reducing or
eliminating the stressors and reeducating the brain and body to
respond in a new positive way using simple exercises and techniques
can produce tremendous results."
"The programs
have assisted me to improve my learning, concentration, have better
clarity of thought, more relaxed and calm, overcome many phobias
and improved my breathing and I move more freely and feel lighter
when running and playing sports. My family have benefited greatly
from my work."
"I enjoy seeing
the results and achievements with my family, my clients and students
m my workshops, seminars and personal consultations. I wish the
whole world could learn and understand more about themselves and
make peace with themselves and others to make the world a better
place to live."
